He is survived by: his parents, Stephanie Bozman (Chris) and Roger Lezotte (Jennifer); his fiancé Jocelyn Wagnitz; his siblings, Felicia Bozman, Austin Houck and Amanda Houck; his children, Moore, Dawn Bozman (late Ed) and Deana Lezotte (late Roger); his aunts and uncles, Penny, Greg, Jen, Steve, Bob, Shawn, Rhonda and Larry; and his cousins, Kayla, Dylan, Alex, Emily, Nikki and Shawn.
