He is survived by: his wife Juanita Sue Swick; his children, Curtis Swick (Debbie), Dawn Teklinsky (Marc) and Johnathon Swick; and his grandchildren, Stacey Vargo (Eric), Stephanie Ulman (Joey), Marissa Walker (Josh), Marc Teklinsky and Makayla Smith (Collin).
