She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilma Swanson and Swan Swanson; her husband William MacTavish; her grandson Douglass Roy MacTavish; and her great grandchild William Jacob MacTavish.
She is survived by: her sons, William (Mary Kay), Kevin (Charlotte), Jeffrey and David (Audrey).
