She was predeceased by: her husband John Yurchak; her sons, Robert M. Yurchak and Martin Yurchak (Mary); her parents, Martin J. Shimkus and Margaret Shimkus; and her brothers, Martin and Lawrence Shimkus.

She is survived by: her grandson Martin Yurchak (Faith); and her great grandchild Nicholas Yurchak.
