It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gurdev Singh Chahil of Allen Park, Michigan, who passed away on February 4, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarwan Chahil and Bachant Chahil; and his brothers, Gurbachan "Butch" Chahil and Theera Chahil. He is survived by: his spouse Avenell Chahil; his children, Gregory Chahil (Susan), Karen Webb (Wayne) and Karla Trombley; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Tracie (Eric), Rebecca, David, Euriana, Lauren and Liam; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Hunter, Veyda and Avery; and his siblings, Jaswant "Jimmy" Chahil, Hakim Chahil and Sakinder Grewal.
