He is survived by: his children, Wendy Burcham (Jim), Elaine May (David), Tina Amorose (Tony), Martha Rice (Kim), Andy Allen, Doug Allen (Cathy) and Rob Russell (Sheryl); his siblings, Jim Allen (June) and Donna Smith (late Hardy); his grandchildren, Jason (Melissa), Natalie Jonathan (Andy), Jeremy Anthony (Alice), Kristin, Jenna, Andrea, Holly (Jon), Joe (Emily), Stefanie (Aaron) and Jon (Kendra); and his great grandchildren, Brooke, Annie, June, Edith, Riker, Lily, Isaiah, Philip, Jonathan, Everly and Melanie.
