She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dewar and Freda Dewar; and her brothers, John, Harry and Arthur Dewar.
She is survived by: her husband Frederick; her son Steven Carroll (Maheen); her grandchild Mahnaz Carroll; and her sister Roslyn Dewar.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation of Michigan, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or the Michigan Humane Society in Jacqueline's honor.
