He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Rodgers and Merna Rodgers; his wife Virginia Rodgers; his children, Lee Rodgers (Marissa), Lauren Klos and Philip Rodgers; his sister Marcia Weick; and his grandchildren, Avery, Kadyn, Connor, Ella, Carter, Elena and David Jr. Loving.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Forecast For Life Church (11300 Reeck Rd, Southgate, MI 48195). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
