It is with sadness that the passing of Jeffrey Schmidt (Allen Park, Michigan) is shared. Jeffrey, born on November 9, 1956, passed away on October 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Schmidt and Rose Mary Schmidt; and his grandparents, John, Bernadette Schmidt, Louis and Catherine Bachner.
He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Schmidt (Mary), Ellen Cole (Michael), Beth French (David) and Gregory Schmidt (Janis Delaney); and his nieces and nephews, Theresa Schmidt, Andrew Schmidt, Martin Cole, Steven Cole, Leah Sandefer, Katrina Richardson, Nathan French, Nicholas French, Anthony Kurdunowicz, Phillip Kurdunowicz, Jared Kurdunowicz, Christopher Delaney and Rhonda Delaney.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Allen Park Chapel - Martenson Family (10915 Allen Rd, Allen Park, MI 48101). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made out to Lymphoma Research Foundation.
