He was predeceased by: his parents, John Truszkowski and Casimira Truszkowski; his wife Eileen V. Truszkowski; his daughter Marlene; and his brothers, Edmund, Arthur and Stanley.
He is survived by: his children, Linda and Donald (Sheila); and his grandchildren, Donald (Melissa), Caitlin, Luke, Emery and Nolan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in memory of John.
