She was predeceased by: her husband Emanuel Mizzi; her parents, William Young and Imelda Young; and her siblings, Sonny Young (late Janice), Jimmy Young, Joe Young and Jane Young.
She is survived by: her children, Imelda Miracle (Eddie), Joseph Mizzi and Emanuel Mizzi (Jessica); her grandchildren, Emanuel Mizzi (Ashley), Angelique Barbee (Jacob), Alexis Miracle, Madison Mizzi, Ciara Mizzi, Trisha Thomas and Nicole Thornsberry; her great grandchildren, Giovanni, Milani, Luciani, Selena and Angel; her siblings, Pauline Montebello (Tony), William Young (Linda), Margaret Ray (Gordon), John Young (Lacy) and Mary Ehlert; and her sister-in-law Maggie Young. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Allen Park Chapel - Martenson Family (10915 Allen Rd, Allen Park, MI 48101). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (1540 Riverbank St, Lincoln Park, MI 48146). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Our Lady of Hope Catholic Cemetery (18303 Allen Rd, Brownstown Charter Twp, MI 48193).
