She was predeceased by: her husband Edward; her son Brian Kozlowski; and her granddaughter Alyson Majeske. She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Kozlowski, Dean Kozlowski (Laura) and Karen Majeske; and her sisters-in-law, Helen Bezzo and Annette Neubauer. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
