He is survived by: his wife Patti Smith; his children, Todd Smith (Danielle), Rusty Smith and Shannon Smith; and his grandchildren, Carter Smith, Cameron Smith, Emmalynn Smith and Addisyn Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
