He is survived by: his wife Martha Sharon Polgar; his daughter Carrie Ladanyi (Steve); his grandsons, Joshua and Samuel Polgar; and his son Michael Thomas Polgar (Cristine). He is also survived by siblings, cousins and in-laws.
