He is survived by : his wife Pamela; his children, Jamie Craig (Dion), Timothy Holt (Sarah) and Amanda Holt; his sisters, Vanessa Rempe, Valerie Junkins (Kenneth) and Michelle Amato (Nick); his grandchildren, Dion (Lisa), Madison, Jayden, Landin, Chase and Wyatt; and his great grandchildren, Scarlett and Dion III.
