She is survived by: her daughter Beth Wieczorek (Dominick); her grandchildren, Jessica Bokas (Marc), Ashley Madej (Stephen), Anthony Wieczorek, Madison Provenzino (Andrew) and Sydney Wieczorek; and her great grandchildren, Vivianne, Liam, Everett, Easton, Maverick and Allison.
