She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Janet Pledge-Walsh; her former husbands, James Thompson Pledge, Sr. and John Spytko; and her parents, Frank Redden and Lola Redden.
She is survived by: her son James Pledge, Jr. (Joan); her grandson Scott Pledge (Renee); her husband Tim Walsh; her son Carleton Blane Pledge; and her sisters, Lucille Westbrook and Wanda Thompson. She is also survived by her four nephews.
