As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though William may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathleen; his children, Susan Nealey (Clifton), Diane Fine (Nick), Laura Fisher and William Lipka Jr. Dear; and his siblings, Donna Moulding (late Sam) and James Lipka (late Janice). He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
