She is survived by: her parents, Kurstin Polatka and Shane Polatka; her siblings, River and Grayson Polatka; her grandparents, Patrice Olivo (Jeffrey Billings) and Kathie Polatka (Rob); her great-grandparents, Sheilah Olivo and Christy Olivo Todd; her aunt Sara Polatka; and her uncle Michael Todd. She is also survived by many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
