She is survived by: her boyfriend Ken Mobarak; her children, Frank Adams (Ashely Neighbors) and Crystal Adams (David); her grandchildren, Noah Adams, Sophie Staples, Emmett Staples and Darla Staples; and her siblings, LeeAnn Winter (Jim), Christine Westphal, Jim Masta and Marie Masta.
