He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Engvall and Ethel Engvall; his brother Bruce Engvall; his in-laws, Wayne and Dorothy Hamilton; and his brother-in-law David Hamilton.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hamilton (Hamilton); his daughters, Jennifer Ruster (Dan) and Lisa Wysocki (Ken); his grandchildren, Carley Moore, Wyatt, Weston and Parker Wysocki; his son-in-law Jason Moore; his brothers, Steve (Ann), Rick and Roger (Kathy); and his brother-in-law Larry Hamilton (Laura). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
