We announce the death of Carol Ondersma of Allendale, Michigan, who passed away on August 18, 2026, at the age of 78. Carol will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Jenkins II and Marilla Jenkins; her grandson Gideon Ford; her sisters-in-law, Shirley Vanderband and Linda Jenkins; and her friends, Mary Lou Klawiter and Shirley Scholten.
She is survived by: her husband Howard Ondersma; her children, Lori Jo Dyke (Roger), Bobbi Sall (Jeff) and Kati Ford (David); her grandchildren, Kelsi Morrison (Chrisopher), Maggi Welton-Sall (Mitchell), Shelbi Diamond (Zach), Mckenzi Sall (Michael Wixted), Mason Howard Dyke, Ezra Ford, Joy Ford, Ruby Ford and Elisha Ford; her great grandchildren, Averi Morrison, Carli Morrison and Everett Diamond; and her siblings, George Jenkins III (Gloria), Harry Jenkins and Karen Ball. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
