With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David James Timmerman of Allendale, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. David left this world on September 11, 2025 at the age of 80, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Timmerman and Wilma Timmerman (Spoelstra); his parents-in-law, Robert and Dorine Pell; his brother-in-law Kenneth Pell; and his granddaughter Catherine Timmerman.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Louise Pell; his grandchildren, Alexis Christensen (Garrett), Christopher Timmerman, Colton Timmerman, Claire Timmerman, DeShea Knipp (Jason) and Stacey Barr (Ian); his siblings, Howard Timmerman (Micki) and Barbara Klooster (Don); his siblings-in-law, Barbara Long (Art), Bob Pell (Susan), Rick Pell (Sarah) and Mary Pell (late Tom); and his pet Parker. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Reformed Church (3060 Wilson Ave SW, Grandville, MI 49418). A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
