He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Jim Kautenberg; and his parents, Arnold Kloosterman and Patricia Kloosterman. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Kloosterman; his sons, Douglas Kloosterman, Daniel and Robin Kloosterman; his grandsons, Henry Kloosterman and Jeremy Kloosterman; his sister Sandy (Tom Thurkettle); and his sister-in-law Colleen Kautenberg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
