It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Snyder of Allendale, Michigan, who passed away on October 5, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Janet Snyder to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Wallinga and Ida Wallinga; and her brother Don Wallinga. She is survived by: her husband Carroll Snyder; her children, Brent (Lisa Snyder), Carlyn (Chris Galante), Michelle Mowat and Kara (Dan Kensinger); her siblings, Bev, Gordy Stroven, Dave, Pauline Wallinga, Carol and Ron Riemersma; and her siblings-in-law, Mel, Dorothy Snyder, Ray and Luella Snyder. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the MKD Funeral Home (6651 Scott St, Allendale Charter Twp, MI 49401). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
