He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Scripps and Shirley Scripps; his stepmother Ruth Ann Scripps; his sister-in-law Jane Scripps; and his nephew Ben Scripps.
He is survived by: his wife Sally; his children, Joe Scripps (Jessica Stuart) and Cameron Scripps (Drew Young); his granddaughter Adeline; his sons, Nicholas Scripps and Alex Scripps; and his siblings, Patrick Scripps (Angela), Deborah Keenan (Dave) and Wendy Yamaoka (Alan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
