He was predeceased by: his children, Maxine Rood, Michelle Fiorenzo, Denise Barrett and Dennis Barrett; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry West, Fred Blair and Nancy Blair.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Barrett; his children, Steve Barrett (Linda), Patricia Barrett, Doug Barrett, Ron Barrett, Don Mills (Mindy) and Pam Driesenga (Mike); his son-in-law Rick Rood; his sisters, Carol West and Beverly Waddell (Fred); and his brother-in-law Frank Blair (Pat). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren.
