He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sr. Lewis and Marcella Lewis; and his siblings, Leona Lewis and Henry Lewis Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Veronica Lewis; his son Derrick Lewis (Megan); and his siblings, Patricia Lewis (Gary), Anita Lewis, Judy Welch (Don), Karilyn Ebby Kendrick, Shelia Hawkins, Julia Lewis, Willie Lewis (Dorothy), Marc Mckinnon, Ron Craton (Kari), Steven Mckinnon (Maxine), Brother Bryen Mckinnon and Brother Rodney Lewis.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Foundation (https://www.nationalmssociety.org), or the American Cancer Society.
