He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Miller and Grace Miller (Wolfe); his siblings, Ronald Miller and Nancy Munson; his cousin Linda Sue LaPaugh; and his pet Lola.
He is survived by: his wife Sabina Miller of Alma, MI; his sons, D. Patrick Miller of Alma, MI and Michael Miller of Portland, OR; his siblings-in-law, Alvino (Joyce Soto) and K. Louise Soto of Denver, CO; and his sibling's children, Heather, Chris Allen, Lisa, David McCray, Tom, Tammy Soto-Fitzgerald, Jennifer Loveless, Cody Torres, Kenneth, Carrie Nothnagel, Marcia Soto-Bierschenk, Anita, Tracey Soto and Anthony.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Smith Family Funeral Homes (117 N East St, St. Louis, MI 48880). A prayer will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. St. Joseph Catholic Church (605 S Franklin St, St. Louis, MI 48880). A burial will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at the Riverside Cemetery (620 S Lincoln Ave, Alma, MI 48801).
