He was predeceased by: his brother Kevin Alan Hart; and the mother of his child Carol Beth. He is survived by: his parents, Sarah Wicks (Garrett) and Larry Wicks; his daughters, Sarah Moulton (Mitch) and Karah Shattuck (Ryan); his grandchildren, Ashlynn (Andrew), Dylan, Tyson, Ronee, Andrew, Adam and Carly; his great grandchildren, Haven, Hazel and Hadleigh; his sisters, Terri Breidinger (Bob) and Annette Taylor (Matthew); his friends, Ben and Gabby Campbell; his mother-in-law Yvonne Ewing; and his pet Misty Lou.
