He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Blanchard and Emma Blanchard (Pride). He is survived by : his wife Janice K. Haefele; his daughters, Holly Blanchard of Ludington, Laurie Balfanz (Henry) of Shepherd and Marianne Kotecki (Todd) of Ludington; and his sister Nancy Stump (Thomas) of Atlanta. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
