He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elbert, Lillian Baxter (Harrison), Hiram and Esther Cooley (Sheldon). He is survived by: his parents, Jesse Baxter and Delores Baxter (Cooley); his brother William Baxter (Laureen); his nephews, T. C. Baxter (Jenni) and Chancey (Tiffiny West Baxter); his uncle Jim Caris of Michigan; and his aunts, Nina Gardner of Barryton, MI and Phyllis Love of Florida.
