She was predeceased by : her mother Mary Della Bashans; her daughter Jennifer Jo Slepr; her brother David Bashans; and her grandparents, Marjorie Simmons and Archie Simmons.

She is survived by : her daughter Misty (Ryan Spegal); her grandchildren, Samantha Wood-Rodriguez, Crystal Wood, Kendra, Owen, Evan, Alan, Ricky and Sofia; and her nephew David Bashans, Jr. of Colorado. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles.
