He was predeceased by: his father LeRoy W. Krapohl Jr.; his sisters, Pam and Janet; his parents-in-law, Sheran Scholtz and Joseph Scholtz; and his close friend Dan Hudson.
He is survived by: his mother Sharon Carter Ganzaba; his wife Schawn Krapohl; his siblings, Cindy Bott (Neil), Kristine Mansfield, LeRoy (Julianne Hewitt), Allan Krapohl (Joelle) and Tammy Warren (Randy); his children, Jesseca Krapohl (Christopher Corbat), Keegan Krapohl (Jacklynn Sian), Kelson Thomas and Brendan Thomas; and his grandson Avery Allan Krapohl. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, many great nieces and nephews and countless bonus nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Community of Christ Church (4860 N State Rd, Alma, MI 48801). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Tunnels 2 Towers or any veteran related cause.
