She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Foesz and Rose Foesz (Freeman); and her husband Charles Blackburn. She is survived by: her daughter Sheila Dolloff (Mike); her grandchildren, Shara Kime (Dylan) and Zachary Blackburn (Gwen); and her great grandchild Clark. She is also survived by four sisters and many nieces and nephews.
