She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred McCreery and Esther McCreery; her daughter Laura Schellie; and her sister Edye Thompson (Frank Szczerowski). She is survived by: her significant other Frank Szczerowski; her son Fred Schmanski; her grandchildren, Jason Schellie, Jamie Hines (John), Sydney, Chase and Anna Page; and her sister Betty Dehring (John). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations can be made to Second Chance Animal Shelter.
