He was predeceased by: his parents, Ervin Sr. Ritthaler and Debbie Ritthaler (Goodwin). He is survived by: his son Ervin Ritthaler III; his brothers, Matthew (LeAnne) and Devon; and his siblings' children, Mikayla, McKinley, Matthew Jr. and Evyn.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the McWilliams Funeral Home (504 W Washington Ave, Alpena, MI 49707).
