We announce the death of Gerald Stewart Mills of Alpena, Michigan, who passed away on August 4, 2026, at the age of 95. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart Mills and Viola Mills (Rembowski); his wife June LeTourneau; his great grandchild Jayden; and his brothers-in-law, Lee Kaiser and Ray Samp.
He is survived by: his children, James Mills (Peggy), Thomas Mills (Mary), Peggy Williams (Brad), Robert Mills (LuAnn) and Jeanne Taratuta (Chris); his sisters, Joyce Shiemke (Richard), Janet Samp and Joni Mills; and his sister-in-law Sally LeTourneau. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
