She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Briley and Almeda Briley (Dobbyn); her son Mike; and her siblings, Dawn Briley, Austin Briley Jr. and Bonnie Spallone.
She is survived by: her significant other Kenneth LaFleche; her daughters, Renee LaFleche, Michelle LaFleche (Keith) and Beth LaFleche (Rick); her grandchildren, Emma LaFleche (Dakota), Eri Hall, Sophie Goebel, Alex Peterson, Maya Hall and Joshua Hall; and her sisters, Sally Gave, Tess Kishigo and Kathy Powell.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Hospice of Michigan, whose compassionate care helped guide Geri and her loved ones through her final chapter. Honoring Geri's deep concern for others facing similar battles, contributions may also be made to the American Cancer Society, in support of continued cancer research.
