He is survived by: his wife Connie Shields (McEwen); his children, Shane Fitzpatrick, Tanya Kosloski (Steve), Ashley Compton (Jimmy), Eric Shields (Jessica Howard), Dylan Fitzpatrick, Danielle Kosloski and Hope Payne (Trevor); his grandchildren, Austin Minton and Heather Minton; his great grandchildren, Hailey Compton, Jayda, Savannah and Isaac Shields; his grandchildren, Livy and Tyler Fitzpatrick; and his sisters, Helen Bassage and Sharon Kowalski (Dick).
