She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Bell and Junella Bell (Wenzel); her spouse Clair Luce; her son-in-law Roger Haack; her grandson Antoine; and her siblings, Alfred Bell, Chester Bell (Rose), Francis Bell (Florence), Catherine Aspin, Mary Locke (Ronald), Marvel Orr (Don), Gladys Fischer (Ed), Thomas Bell, Gilbert Bell, Betty Seaver (Gerald) and Margaret Hauman (Jerry).
She is survived by: her children, Robert Kaiser, Dawn Kaiser, Kathleen Miller and Charlene Haack; her grandchildren, Brittany Kaiser, Kimberley Kaiser, Melody Walker (Seth), Albert, Jessica, Dasean and Natasha; and her siblings, Patricia Wesener, Benjamin Bell (BethAnn) and Martin Bell (Barb). She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
