She is survived by: her husband David Phillips; her children, Starla Phillips of Parker, Rick Phillips of Bloomington and Ray Phillips (Alina) of Ypsilanti, Michigan; her sister Carol Hill (Gary) of Zephyr Hills, Florida; her grandchildren, Brooke Peterson (Kevin), Brent Kohnert (Crystal), Emily Phillips, Alicia Phillips and Auston Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Jaidyn Peterson, Kai Peterson, Harper Peterson and Ireland Peterson. She is also survived by her family, friends.
