He was predeceased by : his parents, Lotis Miller and Catherine Miller (Kauffman); and his sister Gail Hoppe. He is survived by : his children, Dustin Miller, Amanda Vandermeulen (Miller) and Kayla Miller; his nephew Aaron Pegouskie; and his niece Erica Pegouskie.
