She is survived by: her mother Patricia Momrik (Romel); her husband Dale Zampich; her son Brad; her daughter-in-law Dani; her granddaughter Sadie Jean; her siblings, Glen, Ted (Kathy), Lois (Terry) and Ann (Marvin); and her siblings-in-law, Gary (Carolyn), Pam (Tim) and Vicki (Mike). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
