She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmond Macfalda and Alice Macfalda (Kaszubowski); her daughters, Janet Winik and Laurie Pokorzynski; and her siblings, Raymond, Alan Macfalda and Arlene Jankowski.
She is survived by: her husband James Pokorzynski of Mary's Catholic Church; and her children, Jaqueline Pokorzynski Meredith, Deborah Hodges (Ron), James B. Pokorzynski, Glenn Pokorzynski (Cheryl), Linda Skiba (Kevin) and Kurt Pokorzynski (Stella).
