He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Collins (Worth); his son Mark (Emily (Mills)) of Nikiski, Alaska; his siblings, Nancy Repke of Alpena, Jackie McGee (Tim) of Grand Rapids, Mike Collins (Linda (Scheske)) of Alpena, Fred, Lamen Collins of North Carolina and Charles (Tomomi); and his sister-in-law Kim Collins (William). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
