He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kelley and Alma Kelley (Johnson). He is survived by: his wife Diane Lucas; his children, Shannon Thiem (Dennis) and Tim Kelley (Tami); his grandchildren, Sienna, Trysta Thiem, Troy and Keegan Szatkowski; and his sister Sally Sewell (Jack).
Visitation was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bannan Funeral Home (222 S 2nd Ave, Alpena, MI 49707). A memorial service was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
