He is survived by : his wife Deb (Arendsen); his daughters, Shelly Garlitz and Shawna Bushey (John); his grandchildren, Nikita, Coda and Indigo Bushey; his sisters-in-law, Diane Garlitz and Betty Garlitz; and his niece Donna Garlitz.
