Sarah George Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sarah George of Alpena, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 26, 2026 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervin Elliott and Bessie Elliott (Lewis); her siblings, Charles Elliott and Martha Shanks; and her husband Wesley George.
She is survived by: her children, Richard George (Pam), Thomas George (Lisa) and Jodie George; her grandchildren, Richard, Daniel, Andrew, Michael, Joshua, Nathaniel, Marissa Roden and Zachary; and her great grandchildren, Colin, Lily, Lucy, Rowan, May, Noah, Camden, Lincoln, Keegan, Ella, Riley, Lorelei, Ian, Benji, Luke and Kaden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations can be made to the Alpena Free Methodist Church.
