We announce the death of Sheri Lynn Prena of Alpena, Michigan, who passed away on September 14, 2026, at the age of 70. Sheri will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Brilinski and Delores Brilinski (Cameron); and her brothers, Gary and Robert Brilinski. She is survived by: her husband Ralph Prena; her sons, William Prena (Cassie), Christopher Prena and Eric Prena (Haley); her granddaughter Alexa; her siblings, Joan Eagle, Carol Pohl (Ronald) and David Brilinski; and her sister-in-law Shelby Brilinski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (351 Wilson St, Alpena, MI 49707).
